Product Discription
DZH Series Pressure Manual Biomass Hot Water Boiler
DZH series pressure manual biomass hot water boiler, is a kind of horizontal three-pass water tube and fire tube boiler, layout a bunch of thread fire tube. Design water cooling wall at left and right side of furnace. Use light movable fire grate, equip with blower and draft fan for mechanical ventilation. Fuel fall down to fire grate, after fully burning in furnace, the flame go by flue gas passage of central furnace wall enter inner boiler host, and turn back to front smokebox by both side of re-burning chamber, then from front smokebox go back to tubes in boiler, and from back smokebox to economizer, deduster, suction by draft fan to flue and chimney, finally exhaust to atmosphere.
Product Features
1. Easy installation:
Boilers are generally installed out of the factory quickly, which is convenient for transportation and field installation. It greatly shortens the construction cycle and saves installation costs, which can enable the boiler to be put into production in time.
2. Running reliably:
Boiler heating surface is reasonable. The water circulation is smooth that ensure the heating surface can be cooled in time, and then ensuring the safety operation of the boiler effectively
3. Easy Maintenance and Maintenance:
The boiler drum is equipped with manholes, which can be inspected and repaired. The smoke box in front of the boiler is easy to open so that the person can check it conveniently and clearly, which provides a good condition for the correct treatment.
4. Full combustion:
With secondary air and reasonable furnace design, the fuel can be fully burned and the black smoke can be eliminated.
5. High efficiency grate:
Boiler grate is matched with biomass fuel, which avoids air leakage, fuel leakage and uneven ventilation. It is easy to operate and has obvious advantages compared with ordinary grate.
6. Easy to clean ash:
The installation of multiple ash clearing holes on the boiler can clear the ash effectively in time.It avoid the operation obstacles and the decrease of thermal efficiency caused by the ash accumulation of the boiler and ensure the stability of the boiler load.
