SZS Series Double Drum Oil and Gas Fired Steam Boiler
Fuel steam boilers in SZS Series Double pot drums are installed vertically with D-type arrangement and quickly into water pipes. The boilers and gas grooves in this series consist of rolling, membrane wall, convection pipe and condenser, which fuel in boilers and gas in convection pipes. It is discharged into chimney and equipped with waste heat recovery device. It adopts Mechatronics structure and has the leading performance in China.
Product Features
1. Fuels for various applications:
Furnace area is large and fuel is fully burned. It is especially suitable for low temperature fuels, coke oven gas, furnace gas, etc. Combustion effect of high heat fuels and natural gas, liquefied gas, etc.
2. Filtration capacity:
Because of its large area, large furnace area and strong electric power, it has certain excessive capacity.
3. The three structures are reasonable:
In order to install the water-cooled wall in front of the boiler, it is convenient at the head of the fixed combustion period to ensure water and cooling near the combustion period, which is helpful to eliminate combustion carbon.
4. Easy to manage:
Installation of anti-riot doors, fire holes and acceptance doors on the wall of the boiler is convenient for the maintenance workers before and after installation of the boiler.
5. Reduce calories:
Thick insulation layer is adopted to reduce heat loss of boiler and improve heat efficiency.
6. Long life, long and durable.
Excellent professional design, advanced production technology, strict quality inspection and control, boiler quality assurance, normal service life of the boiler for more than 20 years.
