Product Discription
DZH Series Pressure Manual Biomass Hot Water Boiler
DZH series pressure manual biomass hot water boiler is horizontal tee water pipe and fire tube boiler, and a group of gear fire tube is arranged. Water-cooled walls are designed on the left and right sides of the stove. For mechanical ventilation, use a lightweight mobile grill with a blower and fan. The fuel falls onto the furnace, for example: After the furnace is completely burned, the flame enters the boiler wall through the flue gas passage in the central furnace wall, then re-enters the front smoke box from both sides of the combustion chamber and then returns to the boiler from the front smoke box. The pipes from the rear smoke box to the energy saving and dust collector are sucked into the chimney and chimney by the exhaust fan and eventually discharged into the atmosphere.
Product Features
1. Easy installation:
Boilers are usually installed quickly at the factory and are suitable for transport and field installation. The boiler greatly reduces the construction cycle and saves installation costs to ensure timely production.
2. Reliable operation:
The heating surface of the boiler is reasonable. The water circulation ensures a gentle cooling of the heated surface over time, thus ensuring safe operation of the boiler.
3. Easy to maintain and maintain:
The steam package of the boiler contains pipes that can be checked and repaired. The flue gas box in front of the boiler is easy to open, so that people can control it comfortably and clearly and provide good conditions for proper operation.
4. Fully burned:
In secondary air and a suitable furnace design, the fuel can completely burn and emit black smoke.
5. Efficient grate:
The boiler grid is matched with biomass fuel to prevent air leakage, fuel leakage and uneven ventilation. It is easy to use and has significant advantages over normal grids.
6. Easy to clean ash:
Installing more than one ash extraction holes in the kettle can effectively remove the ash over time. It prevents the accumulation of process ash in the boiler, it also prevents the decrease of the thermal efficiency caused by the ash accumulation in the boiler and ensures the stability of the boiler load.
