YLW Series Horizontal Chain Grate Biomass Thermal Oil Boiler
YLW series organic heat transfer boiler is a square box type assembled forced circulation chain grate boiler. The boiler is made up of the upper body (or upper body + lower body) and the lower grate, and combined on site. The boiler’s radiant heating surface use a single furnace or a double furnace in snake-shape convection heat exchange tube. The tail is equipped with an air preheater, steam waste heat boiler, hot water economizer to recover waste heat according to the condition of user's waste heat usage, so that to reduce the exhaust gas temperature, improve the heat efficiency , reduce fuel consumption, and save energy.
The organic heat boiler is DC-type special industrial boiler which bases on coal, heavy oil, light oil, combustible gas and other combustible materials as fuel, high temperature oil as heat carrier and produces forced liquid circulation by using circulation oil pump to deliver heat energy to equipment to be heated. The heat transfer oil will return to heating chamber and be re-heated. It is a kind of new energy conversion devices. The most advantage is high-temperature low-pressure (atmospheric pressure or low pressure), smooth running and wide use.
